Our Juniors Programs are for all High School age Men and Women. Our program has achieved dramatic success in a very short time due to the talent of our athletes and coaching staff. All of our Junior Coaches are Ohio High School Athletic Association certified!

     Our athletes come from all over the Dayton area including:

Brookville

Centerville

Dayton

Englewood

Huber Heights

New Lebanon

Oakwood

Riverside

Springboro

Trotwood

Vandalia

Waynesville

     We are the only club in Dayton that has arrangements with local high schools   offering varsity letters in rowing to our athletes.  These schools include:

Alter

Carroll

Chaminade Julienne

We are in negotiations with other local schools to make rowing a varsity sport.

     Our athletes are annually recruited by such rowing powerhouses as Princeton, Williams, Virginia, Harvard, Michigan, Cornell, Notre Dame and Georgetown.

     DBC alumni are competing at a number of NCAA programs, including Williams, Notre Dame, Georgetown,Mercyhurst, Duquesne, North Park, Tulsa, University of Dayton, Nova Southeastern, and Eastern Michigan.
