The juniors program is for middle school to high school men and women from all across the Miami Valley. We have introductory programs as well as competitive rowing seasons in the fall, spring and summer. The spring season is combined with winter conditioning. Rowing offers the opportunity to compete against athletes at similar levels. In addition to separate Men's and Women's squads, there are novice events (1st year) and varsity events (with more than a year experience) events, as well as lightweight events. We also have introductory and advanced rowing camps in the summer. More information on our programs can be found via the Program Descriptions link under the Program Information section below. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like more information. You may also be interested in viewing some of our accomplishments and reading our testimonials.
DBC Juniors are regularly recruited by such rowing powerhouses as Princeton, Williams, Virginia, Harvard, Michigan, Cornell, Notre Dame and Georgetown. Our alumnae are competing at a number of NCAA programs including Williams, Notre Dame, Georgetown, Mercyhurst, Duquesne, North Park, Tulsa, University of Dayton, Nova Southeastern, Eastern Michigan and West Virginia to name a few.
