Dayton Boat Club Junior Team is a competition focused group with a dedication to inclusiveness. Individual responsibility and empowerment is a theme of our club culture. We operate as a unified club with Middle School (5th-8th), Novice (8th-12th), and Varsity (9th-12th) teams for boys and girls.
